The team is led by, William Bender, an experienced entrepreneur and angel investor, a summa graduate of Dartmouth, and an Oxford, Rhodes Scholar, Ph.D. He founded ODC, an early web-analytics leader, and was a senior executive at DataSage. Earlier, he spent many years as an international consultant.

The other principal, Vincent Vassallo, was also a senior executive at ODC. He has been the principal in multiple start-ups, that he has successfully built to become leaders in their field - each yielding substantial profitable cash-outs. Additionally, he has led several successful turnarounds, and coached scores of clients to success and growth.

Warren Tolman - Atty., former MA State Senator, and former candidate for both Governor and Lt Governor in MA.

Michael Rosen - Former CEO of an NYSE brokerage / investment-banking firm; Penn Ph.D., Wharton MBA.

Peter Cheimets - A noted Harvard Smithsonian Astrophysics engineer, with degrees from MIT, Stanford, and Tufts.

Amy Richard - A career energy industry expert, currently with Constellation NewEnergy, graduate of Stanford and Wharton.

Jay Artz - Worked with Vincent and William at ODC, currently a senior member of Vestmark; graduate of Dartmouth.

Geoffrey Day - Owner of the CX, the country's oldest largest expert referral service; graduate of Connecticut College.

Additionally, the team has a senior advisory board of experts in: law, finance, sales, marketing, regulatory environments, manufacturing, and engineering - including affiliation with the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth.
